This website is operated by BE/AT. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to BE/AT.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, or contributors of content.

2. Age Restriction

This website is intended for users aged 18 and above, in accordance with applicable Israeli law. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Products

​

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, sizes, and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

 

4. Orders & Payment

​

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• Prices are listed in [currency – e.g., ILS] and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

 

5. Shipping

​

• We offer free shipping within Israel.

• Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days.

• Self-pickup is available from our studio in Caesarea, with prior appointment.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges & Cancellation

​

• "Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5771-1981."​

• A product may be canceled, returned, or exchanged from the date of the purchase transaction until 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, and only after prior written notice and receiving approval from the company.

• Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing (via email or whatsApp) within the specified time frame.

• A consumer who has notified the cancellation of a transaction will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, less “cancellation fees” = 5% of the amount paid or NIS 100 – whichever is lower.

• Returns are accepted only if the item is returned in its' original condition, including packaging, without damage or signs of use, and with all labels and tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective).

• Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Items can be returned via Israel Post (Israel Post tracking number must be attached) * For the avoidance of doubt, BE/AT will not be responsible for returning products via Israel Post.

 

7. Product Warranty

All products sold on this website undergo strict quality control and are manufactured to a high standard. However, if a manufacturing defect is discovered, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, including a photo and description if the issue. The company will review the claim, and if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, a credit, repair, or replacement will be offered at the company's discretion.

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, incorrect care, washing not in accordance with the instructions, natural wear and tear, or contact with harmful substance.
